Our Ashtanga yoga classes focus on the teachings of the ancient techniques based on maintaining asana positions for a specific holding time while also including the methods of pranayama and meditation. Our Dynamic Flow class is perfect for those looking to step outside of their comfort zone and challenge themselves on both a mental and physical level, through a series of Vinyasa sequences and asanas that increase strength and flexibility. Our Dynamic Flow class focusses on bringing the awareness of the breath while integrating movement from one asana to another.
