Rebecca discovered her passion for Yoga in 2006, and since, has developed a strong connection with her practice. For Rebecca, Yoga has transitioned from a form of physical exercise to a medium for spiritual awareness.

Her dreams are orientated around creating a warm, community space, where people can connect, communicate and find true happiness within themselves. Rebecca aspires to encourage all community members to find their innate freedom, and create more peace, harmony, and balance within all levels of their being.

Rebecca is accepting and open-hearted; her classes flow coherently, with a focus placed on alignment, breathing and philosophical understanding.

Millissa Booth

Yoga Instructor

Millissa is originally from the UK and now living in Melbourne. She recently completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with AllYoga in Nusa Lembongan, where she completely fell in love with Ashtanga — both on the mat and as a grounding thread through everyday life.

She is drawn to the way the practice links every movement to breath in a clear, consistent flow, and how it quietly builds strength, resilience, and sharp focus. Over time, it becomes a moving meditation that feels honest and grounded, deepening body awareness and bringing body, mind, and breath together in the present moment.

With a background in psychology and ongoing studies in life coaching, Millissa teaches with calm presence, clear cues, and gentle encouragement to listen to your own body and meet yourself exactly where you are. Millissa looks forward to practising together in this supportive, spiritual space.

Meital’s passion for guiding her students along their own unique journeys of inner discovery and ever-deepening awareness shines through in her classes, which are enriching, nourishing and enlivening for body and mind. She likes to nurture, inspire, and encourage her students  to deepen self-awareness, encouraging mindfulness in her welcoming and friendly classes.
